How do I request a quote?
We have designed our quotation process to be simple, straightforward, and hassle-free. Simply use the Get Instant Quote form, tell us the required turnaround time and quantity, and briefly describe your project. The form also allows you to upload your drawing files. If you prefer email or phone, all contact details are on this site.
-
What file formats can you accept?
We accept most 3D file formats, including SolidWorks (.sldprt), ProE (.prt), IGES (.igs), and STEP (.stp). For parts with simple structures, we can also quote from 2D drawings in PDF or AutoCAD (.dwg) formats. Other file formats may also be acceptable if they can be opened in AutoCAD, ProE, or SolidWorks.
-
How can I ensure my design is confidential?
We can sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with customers before quoting or placing an order. All uploads are secure and confidential.
-
How do I track the status of my order?
You can track your order status through our project manager or sales team by email, and you will generally receive a response within 12 hours. For immediate assistance, you can also call our sales team hotline.
-
What information helps you quote faster?
Include the material, quantity, target lead time, critical tolerances, surface finish and any secondary processes (anodize, plating, heat treatment). A STEP or IGES model plus a 2D drawing with GD&T is ideal.
-
What contract machining services do you offer? Do you have an area of specialty?
Our contract machining services focus on what we do best: producing precision machined parts through a range of technologies, including advanced CNC turning, Swiss turning, CNC milling, 5-axis machining, laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication. Customers rely on us to manufacture high-quality parts, from simple fasteners to complex mechanical assemblies, for both prototype and production applications. We specialize in short runs and small lot sizes, with typical production runs ranging from 100 pieces to over one million pieces. All work is manufactured according to customer drawings.
-
What industries do you typically work in?
Our customers include heavy equipment manufacturers, general commercial businesses, and companies across industrial, transportation, new energy, medical, robotics, consumer and many other sectors. Although our customers are located throughout the United States, Europe, and around the world, they all share a common need: high-quality machined-to-print parts delivered on time and within budget.
-
What equipment do you use?
Our equipment includes Japanese and German-made Swiss automatic screw machines, CNC twin-spindle turn/mill machines, 5-axis machining centres and multiple screw machines capable of handling various materials and bar stock sizes. We also have dedicated equipment for secondary operations and a wide range of finishing processes. Our skilled machinists, some with more than 20 years in the industry, know how to use this equipment to produce your parts accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
-
What is your maximum diameter capacity for turned parts?
Our turning capabilities range from 3 mm to 65 mm in diameter for bar stock and up to 200 mm for billet work.
-
What materials do you run for precision components?
We work with a wide range of materials, including carbon alloys, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, titanium, copper, high-nickel alloys, and engineered plastics. We can also help you select the most suitable material for your application, including materials beyond those listed.
-
Can you ensure my component dimensions and tolerances are suitable for production?
Our experienced team provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) support and helps evaluate production feasibility. We understand that when testing new ideas, fast quote turnaround is important, and we are ready to assist. Visit our production process page to learn more about the full order process.
-
Do you offer reverse engineering services or suggest cost saving measures?
Yes, we can extract design and engineering information from most manufactured components. We can assist with part design, raw material selection, machining process planning, and finishing steps. By considering the part’s end use, we can often identify minor design adjustments, material changes, or tolerance modifications that reduce cost without compromising quality or performance.
-
Do you offer other services, like finishing, assembly, packaging, and logistical support?
From finishing operations to logistical support, we offer the capabilities and services needed to produce your parts quickly and cost-effectively from start to finish. Our services include anodizing, plating, grinding, finishing, assembly, warehousing, packaging, and just-in-time delivery. Our goal is to provide a one-stop, hassle-free production process that saves time and cost while allowing you to focus on your business.
-
What manufacturing accreditations do you have? What other quality assurance procedures do you use?
We operate under ISO 9001 quality management and can support IATF 16949 requirements for automotive programmes. Incoming material checks, in-process inspections and final CMM / optical measurement are part of our standard workflow. Material certificates, FAI / PPAP packages and inspection reports are available on request.
-
What is your typical lead time? Can my parts be produced on a rush basis?
Typical lead times range from a few days for prototypes to two to four weeks for production lots, depending on material, finish and capacity. Rush / expedite options are available for many jobs — tell us your need-by date when you request a quote and we will confirm what is feasible.
-
What kind of shipping method can be offered?
We ship worldwide via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and can arrange sea or air freight for larger shipments. Incoterms, packaging standards and labelled kits can be tailored to your receiving process.
-
Can I get a reference from one of your customers?
Yes. With prior consent we can introduce you to a reference customer in a similar industry or application. Case studies on this site also show representative programmes.
