CNC Tooling Factory
High-precision machining for complex, tight-tolerance parts.
Divine Precision
We have more than 20 years in manufacturing and a network of plants across the processes a product needs. For each job we assess the drawing, pick the plant that fits, and use only factories we have audited or already shipped with.
Our own staff in China visit the floor, check quality, and keep the plants aligned until the goods are packed.
01High-precision machining for complex, tight-tolerance parts.
02Tool design and build for plastic components at scale.
03Sourcing and production for electronics and 3C applications.
04Precision assembly and sub-assembly integration.
05Custom motor sourcing and production for industrial use.
06Lightweight composite parts and assemblies.
07Aluminium and zinc parts for higher volume.
08Thin metal parts at production quantity.
Grips, gaskets and soft seals.
10Packs sourced when the product needs power.
11Screens and modules when the device needs a UI.
12Straps and fabric parts when required.
Core plants we run every week. Extra plants we add when the programme needs them.

Southern China is a manufacturing hub. We work there every week. That gives local knowledge, short travel between factories, and checks you can attend. Quality and project talk between sites is normally within about two hours.
Every process a product needs, within the same region.

One partner from concept to delivery — machining, electronics, assembly, inspection, certification, and shipment.

Feasibility before tooling or PCB layout is frozen. We review mechanical drawings and, for electronic products, the schematic, BOM, stack-up and enclosure constraints.
We flag tolerance stack-up, thermal paths, connector access, test points and cost. You receive a marked-up package and a quote. Work starts only when the design can be built at the quality you need.

For electronic assemblies we lock:
Long-lead and obsolete parts are called out before anyone cuts a tool or places a PCB order.

Mechanical fixtures and cutting tools are made only after the drawing is agreed. For electronics: Gerber / ODB++, stencil, ICT / flying-probe or functional-test fixtures, and programming jigs.
Datums, inspection points and first-article criteria are written into the control plan first.

A short mechanical lot and / or a pilot SMT + assembly lot. We check dimensions, solder quality, BOM vs board, power-up and basic function.
First-article and capability data go back to you. Volume does not start until the pilot is accepted.

Serial CNC, SMT and box-build under the agreed plan. In-process checks during the run — incoming material, first-off, patrol, AOI / AXI where specified, and final inspection.
Each lot is traceable to material heats and PCB date codes.

Where the product needs third-party proof, we arrange tests and files with TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), or the body you name.
Typical scopes: dimensional and functional reports, material certs, RoHS / REACH, salt spray, IP, EMC / EMI, safety (LVD, UL-class), or other standards written into the PO. Reports travel with the shipment or are issued by the lab to you.

Export packing, labelling, and one consolidated delivery — mechanics, boards and assembled units together — with inspection data and certificates.

Motus appointed Divine Precision to take the reinvented hula-hoop programme from Design for Manufacturing through tooling, test and production. The finished set was delivered as one line to the customer.

No. Turnkey manufacturing adds tooling, electronics, assembly and plant coordination around the machining you already source.
Yes. We arrange the visit and attend with you.
Tooling ownership is agreed in writing before the first cut.
DFM / DFA review, BOM and material selection, tooling and NPI setup, pilot runs, production and QA, laboratory testing and certification, then export packing and one consolidated delivery — coordinated by one partner.
Send the drawing. We review it, pick the plants that fit, and come back with a marked-up package and a quote.

Send your CAD drawings, 2D/3D files, or technical documents securely. Our team reviews promptly, protects your IP fully — and signs an NDA on request.
