Enclosures & housings
Custom sheet metal enclosures built for durability, precise fit and series production.
Divine Precision
We provide complete sheet metal fabrication services, delivering high-quality, precision-engineered components from raw sheet metal to finished parts. Our capabilities combine laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly to meet the most demanding industrial requirements.
Our process begins with high-precision laser cutting for clean and accurate flat patterns, followed by CNC bending and forming to create complex three-dimensional shapes. We then perform expert welding, hardware insertion and surface finishing to produce ready-to-use components.
This integrated approach ensures excellent quality, tight tolerances and consistent results across prototypes and production volumes — a true one-stop solution with competitive pricing and delivery as fast as 6 days.
For durable, lightweight and cost-effective enclosures, brackets, chassis, panels and structural parts — functional prototypes and rapid design validation, custom housings and mounting solutions, low-to-medium volumes without expensive tooling, and parts that combine flat patterns with formed features.
A complete, one-stop solution from raw material to finished product — advanced technology and skilled craftsmanship across every stage of production.
CNC laser, plasma and waterjet cutting, wire EDM, punching and shearing produce precise flat parts and complex profiles with excellent accuracy and edge quality.
CNC bending, folding, stamping, rolling and hydroforming create sophisticated three-dimensional geometries and complex shapes with high repeatability.
MIG, TIG, spot and robotic welding deliver strong, durable and clean joints suitable for both prototypes and production volumes.
Precision tapping, drilling, countersinking and counterboring add functional assembly features and ensure a perfect fit for downstream components.
Professional assembly using welding, riveting, fastening and staking streamlines production, reduces handling and delivers fully assembled components.
Cost-effective custom enclosures built for durability, precise fit and scalability from prototype to series — with rigorous in-process and 100% final inspection.

We stock a range of alloys and plastics suited to a wide variety of part applications and industries. Special alloys arrive with mill certificates, and every lot ships with its material certificate on request.
Material certificates are checked against the drawing and the heat number is recorded at receiving, so every lot is traceable from raw stock to the box it ships in.
The first part off the machine is measured feature by feature against the drawing and released with a first article inspection report before production continues.
Operators sample parts throughout the run with statistical process control and AQL checks, so any drift is corrected at the machine — not discovered at the end.
Every part receives a final dimensional and visual inspection, is packed with VCI protection and ships with its inspection report and material certificates.
A sample of the fabricated part families we build every week. Customer-specific work is never shown without written permission.

Yes. Every file you send is reviewed only by our engineering team and never shared with third parties. We protect your IP fully and sign an NDA on request before any drawing is opened.
Our CNC and 5-axis machining holds tolerances down to ±0.005 mm with surface finishes to Ra 0.4 μm. Injection molding is held to ±0.02 mm and sheet metal fabrication to ±0.1 mm, with full inspection and traceability on every batch.
Absolutely. We deliver machined prototypes in as little as 3 days and scale the same process to production runs of 100,000+ pieces, so you can move from validation to volume without changing suppliers.
We machine aluminium alloys, steel, stainless steel, brass, titanium, engineering plastics and special alloys. For molding we run ABS, PC, Nylon, PP and PEEK, and our sheet metal shop works stainless steel, aluminium, galvanized steel and copper.
