A battery pack asks three different things of a machine shop at once: copper that conducts without a burr near a contact face, aluminium plates flat enough to seal against a gasket, and steel structure that holds the whole stack through vibration testing. We run all three in the same building — CNC machining, laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication and post-metal treatments such as anodizing, passivation and heat treatment.
